Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for K&A Products LLC Dealers
Effective Date: 01/01/2024
Introduction: This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is established by K&A Products LLC to ensure fair competition, protect brand value, and maintain the integrity of our seatbelt catcher products. All authorized dealers are required to comply with this policy.
Policy Guidelines:

MAP Price:
- The Minimum Advertised Price for the Seatbelt Catcher™ 3 Pack is $14.95 and for the Seatbelt Catcher™ 2 Pack is $9.95.
- Dealers are not permitted to advertise or promote the Seatbelt Catcher™ below the specified MAP.

Advertising Mediums:
- This MAP policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to print, online, radio, television, and social media.

Bundling and Package Deals:
- Seatbelt Catcher™ may not be included in any bundle or package that would result in the effective advertised price being below the MAP.

Coupons and Discounts:
- Coupons or discounts that result in the final checkout price being below the MAP are not allowed.

Exceptions:
- K&A Products LLC reserves the right to approve exceptions to the MAP policy on a case-by-case basis. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to Dealer Inquiries for review.

Enforcement:
- K&A Products LLC will actively monitor dealer advertising to ensure compliance with this MAP policy.
- Violations of the MAP policy may result in consequences, including but not limited to warning letters, suspension of dealership privileges, or termination of the business relationship.

Updates and Modifications:
- K&A Products LLC reserves the right to update or modify the MAP policy at any time. Dealers will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective 30 days from the date of notification.
Acknowledgment: By continuing as an authorized dealer of Seatbelt Catcher™, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this MAP policy.
